Rice With Leek And Other Vegetables

Necessary ingredients (for two)

  • 200 g. of rice
  • 1 leek
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 g. of mushrooms
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper

How to cook it:

  1. Grate the carrot.
  2. Cut the rest of the vegetables in small cubes.
  3. Boil the rice.
  4. Fry the vegetables in olive oil until they are ready, but not soft. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Mix up the rice with the vegetables and boil them for 5 min.
