Pork Neck With Onions And Lemon

Ingredients for two

  • 350 g. of the pork’s nape of the neck
  • 100 g. of parsley
  • 3 onions
  • 1 lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt

Cooking Procedure:

  1. Cut the meat in pieces, small enough to go in the mouth.
  2. Cut the onions in small cubes. Salt them.
  3. Cut the parsley small.
  4. Squeeze the lemon.
  5. Fry the meat, at medium temperature, for 2 min. Add 2 spoons of hot water.
  6. Stir for 3 min.
  7. Add the onion and 4 spoons of hot water.
  8. Stir for 3 min.
  9. Put the food on a plate and add the parsley and the lemon juice.

Serve hot, with potatoes as side dish.
