
Pasta With Vegetables And Ham
Ingredients:
- 400 g. of pasta
- 150 g. of sweet corn
- 150 g. of small beans
- 2 carrots
- 200 g. of ham
- 150 g. of pickle red bell peppers
- 100 g. of mushrooms
- mayonnaise
- salt, pepper
Cooking procedure:
- Boil the pasta with salt.
- Drain them.
- Pour cold water on the pasta.
- Boil the mushrooms until they are ready.
- Cut the vegetables in small cubes.
- Mix them up with the pasta, the ham and the mayonnaise.
- Add salt and pepper.
This is one of the many leftover ham recipes that are tasty and very easy to prepare after Christmas, for example.
