
Frankfurters in Bacon, With Fried Potatoes And Sweet Beet Salad
Ingredients:
- 500 g. of bacon
- 200 g. of frankfurters
- 1 onion
- 500 g. of potatoes
- 300 g. of sweet beet
- 2 horseradishes
- 1 small lemon
- vegetable oil
- salt
Cooking Procedure
- Wrap the frankfurters up in bacon, one by one.
- Catch them with toothpicks. Add salt and pepper.
- Cut the onion in half. Salt and pepper it.
- Put it with the frankfurters wrapped in bacon, in the oven, at medium temperature, for 10 min.
- Cut the potatoes and fry them.
The salad:
- Boil the sweet beet and leave it to chill up.
- Grate the horseradishes.
- Salt and squeeze them.
- Mix them up with the sweet beet.
- Add the lemon juice.
Serve the fried potatoes with the frankfurters wrapped in bacon and the salad.
