
Cauliflower – Potatoes Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower
- 3 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 500 g. of milk
- dill
- salt
Cooking procedure:
- Detach the cauliflower’s bouquets.
- Cut the potatoes and the bell pepper in small cubes.
- Grate the carrot.
- Boil them, in 1 l. of water, up to the point when they are ready to be eaten.
- Salt the soup.
- Pour the milk in it and leave it to on the fire, at medium temperature, for 10 min.
- Cut the dill small.
- Put it in the soup.
