Spinach Souffle With Ham And Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg. of spinach (you can have it fresh, but frozen spinach would be great, too – just make sure to drain it well, like when you’re preparing spinach artichoke dip, otherwise the food will be too watery)
  • 2 spoons of butter
  • 1 spoon of flour
  • 1 cup with milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g. of ham
  • 1 spoon of pressed cheese
  • salt

How To Cook It

  1. Boil the spinach for 5 min. Keep the remaining water.
  2. In a pan, put on the fire the butter, at low temperature, and add, bit by bit, the flour, and few spoons from the remaining water and the milk. Stir continuously.
  3. Add the spinach. Salt it.
  4. Separate the eggs.
  5. Put first the yolk in the food and stir.
  6. Then, add the whites of the eggs. If you want, you can use the eggs without separating them, but you may obtain a nice spinach omelet instead of a souffle.
  7. Take the food off the fire.
  8. Lubricate a frying pan with butter and add a layer of flour with the strainer.
  9. Pour the food in and cover it.
  10. Put water in a bigger pan and put the frying pan in it.
  11. Leave it in the oven, at medium temperature, for 45 min.
  12. Grate the pressed cheese.
  13. Turn over the pudding on a plate and add the pressed cheese.

T-Shirts For All The Family

So, you’d say that buying tee shirts is a piece of cake! What if your son is very tall and incredibly thin for his height? And if your husband’s belly cannot fit inside any regular tee shirt available in stores? Not to mention that when you finally find something that fits, it usually comes in such a horrible color, that nobody would ever wear it happily.

Well, on the website of Wholesale DirectUSA, you can find lots of wholesale t shirts models, in various colors, either with long sleeves or short sleeves, or even the so-called “spaghetti” type T-shirts for ladies.

The website has many search functionalities, such as search by type, or by size, or by color, or by recommended products.

All t shirts models have photos, available sizes and prices just below each photo. The sizes start from Small and go up to the unusual 8X, which must be so huge that I cannot even imagine how it looks like.

The variety of colors is quite impressive: aqua, black, brown, burgundy, Carolina blue, charcoal, forest green, fuchsia, gold, and many more. I bet you don’t know how green is the “Kelly Green”.

For those who are not sure what size they wear, there is a size-measurements correspondence chart, very useful and easy to read. All measurements are given in inches.

If you are in the clothes business, you can buy whole cases, but you should be aware that only one size and one color are available per case.
As of shipping time, areas close to NJ like Philadelphia, Baltimore, Richmond, Upstate NY, and MA are served within one working day, Chicago, Michigan, Ohio, Carolinas, Virginia and Atlanta within 2 days, Florida to New Orleans in three working days, Texas, Colorado, and Southern California 4 days. Northern California is the only region which takes 5 days. The shipping is not free, the shipping charges are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping data in the order.

You should also know that all shirts are pre-shrunk 100% cotton, and except for a few models, all of them are TALL and hip hop.

Ordering t shirts in bulk can be an option in case you have a house full of teenagers who change their clothes several times a day.
